Retention ponds and more
Retention pond, vacant lot or other area overgrown? We can help with it all!
Retention ponds are required to have vegetation managed, which is true for other areas in homeowner associations (HOAs) or vacant lots. We have cleared retention pond and land areas for HOAs, apartment complexes, residential neighborhoods and commercially.
Our goats can take care of most common Washington overgrowth and plants you want cleared. This includes (but not limited to): blackberries, ivy, tall grass, salmon berries and poison oak and ivy.
Our services do not require permitting as the topsoil is not disturbed.
We will protect and avoid plants in the rhododendron genus like azaleas, which are poisonous to goats, and any others you want kept. We will cut any stems and shoots the goats do not eat.
Licensed, bonded and insured and ready to serve you!
